Required conduct
Use ClearLine only for your own authorized alerts and lawful purposes. Follow all capper, platform, carrier, sportsbook, and account terms. Verify every alert with its original source before acting and protect account credentials and message recipients.
Prohibited conduct
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, share, scrape, archive for redistribution, or commercially exploit another person’s picks or content without written permission; bypass paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or provider restrictions; connect an account you do not control; impersonate anyone; send unsolicited or unlawful messages; enable another person to evade a suspension; place or automate wagers through ClearLine; manipulate, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or introduce malicious code into the service; use outputs to violate law or third-party rights; or misrepresent ClearLine as affiliated with a capper, Pikkit, Apple, Google, Telegram, a carrier, or sportsbook.
Enforcement
We may investigate, preserve evidence, limit functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, block content, notify affected providers or rights holders, and cooperate with lawful requests. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users, rights holders, the public, or the service. Report suspected abuse to the legal contact above.
