Your responsibility
ClearLine is designed for a customer to route an alert they lawfully receive in their own Gmail or Telegram account privately to their own phone. A basic pick may contain facts, ideas, or short phrases that copyright does not protect, while longer analysis, creative expression, branding, compilations, and access arrangements may still be protected by copyright, contract, trademark, or other law. Paying for access does not permit resale or public redistribution. Follow the capper’s subscription agreement and source-platform rules, and obtain separate permission whenever those rules or applicable law require it.
Infringement notices
A rights holder may send the legal contact above a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complaining party’s contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature. We may request missing information, disable affected routing, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Counter-notices and designation
If material is disabled by mistake, contact us with identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact information, consent to appropriate federal-court jurisdiction, acceptance of service from the complainant, and your signature. A website policy alone does not create DMCA safe-harbor protection. If ClearLine seeks that protection, its legal operator must separately register and maintain a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish matching agent details.
Trademarks and affiliation
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible or separate services. ClearLine is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by any capper, Pikkit, Apple, Google, Telegram, carrier, or sportsbook unless a written statement expressly says otherwise.
