Your information
Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026 · Version 2026-09-01
Scope
This notice applies to ClearLine’s website, account portal, onboarding, subscription billing, and alert-forwarding service. It does not govern a capper, sportsbook, Pikkit, Gmail, Telegram, Apple, Google, Stripe, Amazon Cognito, Sendblue, or any other independent third party.
Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers, name, verified email address, phone number, authentication records, subscription status, billing customer identifiers, selected Gmail sender rules, selected Telegram channel identifiers, message-delivery status, alert metadata and content needed to provide the service, support communications, consent records, IP address, device/browser data, cookie choices, security logs, and usage events. Stripe processes full payment-card details; ClearLine should not receive or store complete card numbers.
Sources
Information comes from you, your browser or device, the services you direct us to connect, authentication and billing providers, messaging providers, and security or analytics tools you permit. You must only connect accounts and alerts you are authorized to access.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; configure authorized alert rules; extract and forward requested alerts; deliver service and account messages; process subscriptions; provide support; prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or stale alerts; maintain audit records; comply with law; enforce our terms; and, with consent where required, measure or advertise the service. We do not use ClearLine to place wagers.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers performing authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, email/API access, and message delivery; to professional advisers; during a business transaction; when required by law; or to protect rights and safety. These providers may process information under their own terms. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state laws; you can reject advertising cookies or use a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.
Connected-account data
ClearLine should request only the permissions needed for selected alerts. Disconnecting a provider stops future collection but may not immediately erase records retained for security, billing, disputes, or legal duties. Google API data, if used, must be handled consistently with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including while your account is active and afterward for billing, consent, security, dispute, and legal records. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not send sportsbook credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through alerts or support.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may update account data, disconnect sources, cancel through the billing portal, change cookie settings, opt out of nonessential messages, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Depending on where you live, you may also opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, appeal a denied request, and receive equal service when exercising rights. Send a request to the legal contact above. We may verify identity and may retain information when an exception applies. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority.
Children and age limits
ClearLine is not for anyone under 18 and is marketed only to people who are at least 21 or the higher legal gambling age in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.
International use and changes
The service is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate. We may update this notice and will post a new date; material changes may also be communicated through the service when required.
